The Samsung Show is a new Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for April 28 at 10 am ET as it announced the ‘most powerful Galaxy device’.
The invitation, as is customary for them, is not imminent. But given the nature of the advertisement and Samsung’s general release cycle, there are some clues we can avoid.
Firstly, describing how Samsung claims to be the “most powerful Galaxy phone”, rejects the existence of a rumored phone, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3. And it is the most generous representation of a mobile processor – even if it is as powerful as Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888. – Still not at the same level as the actual laptop processor. Despite recent headlines, there are still rumors that Samsung’s Z Fold 3 will be unveiled at the July event and possibly replace the premium summer launch location of the Galaxy Note.
The line of Samsung Galaxy Book laptops, on the other hand, would be a very suitable one for the more powerful Galaxy – and an update is longer. Existing models announced all the way in 2019 (though it didn’t hit US stores until May of last year), and still features Intel’s updated 10th gen processor. An update to the Galaxy Book that unearthed some of Intel’s new 11th gen Tiger Lake chips – or even Intel’s latest H-Series 35W variants – easily crowns the ‘most powerful new Galaxy’ product Will carry in ”
Oh, and Samsung has already been asked to work on the new Galaxy Book Pro line of laptops, which include 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch OLED panels, S-Pen support, and Intel processors. One of the newer models – the Galaxy Book Pro 360 – is said to be 5G compatible as well.
Finally, if you really want to get creative, a corner of bright lights appears in the invitation. Tax It’s like an open laptop (if you like to look around). We’ll definitely find out on April 28 – assuming no Samsung Premium leaks come first.
