Police have set up a cordon at Botany Bay in Broadstairs.

Officers, paramedics and forensic investigators have all been spotted at the scene.

Emergency responders have been seen both parked in Marine Drive and down below on the beach.

The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed but Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
