Former White House strategist Steve Bannon says Donald Trump will run for re-election in 2024 if he loses the presidency to Joe Biden next month.
Even though he failed to win a second White House term, Bannon told the Australian, ‘You’re not going to see the consequences of Donald Trump.’
Bannon, who was recently arrested on federal money laundering and fraud charges, added that he believes the Nov. 3 election was “closer than reported,” and that “Trump will win on election day.”
“I will make this prediction now: if for some reason the election is rigged or Joe Biden is declared the winner, Trump will announce that he will run in the 2024 re-election,” he said.
Bannon predicted that the election results would go to the Supreme Court and that he might even be awarded a seat in the House of Representatives in January, saying the results would be controversial and would “never be decided soon.”

Bannon’s latest remarks sparked some frustration in a speech he made a few days ago during a speech to the Young Republican Federation, in which he asserted that not only would Trump win November 3, but he would soon secure victory.

‘The elites are hurt. They do not want to stand in line and vote. Speaking to Australians, Bannon further claimed that lawyers working for Joe Biden’s son Hunter had made several attempts to recover his computer’s hard-drive, which is now at the center of an FBI investigation.
Such massive efforts include sending a legal letter to the owner of a Delaware repair shop where the son of the Democratic presidential candidate reportedly dropped his laptop to serve in 2019.
Last week, the New York Post claimed on a laptop owned by Hunter Biden that the duct claimed that the emails and photos that were published were probably not collected from the repair store.
The hard drive was recovered by a third party from the store owner in January and then shipped to Giuliani. Giuliani seemed to have kept the information for months before the post was published just weeks before the election.

The messages indicated that Hunter Biden had arranged for the top executive of a Ukrainian power organization, including Hunter, who was on the board to meet with his father in person when he was vice-president and in charge of U.S. policy with Ukraine.
In emails published by the Post, Biden was shown following a lucrative deal involving China’s largest private energy company, saying in a message that the proposed deal would be “attractive to me and my family” before discussing tariff packages.
Bannon, who warned the post about the existence of the laptop, claimed that Biden’s lawyers contacted Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, just hours before the emails were released in a last-ditch effort to recover Hunter’s alleged hard-drive.
‘His lawyer, [George] Messrs. Chicago, one of the country’s top lawyers, emailed us. He called the repair shop, he sent us an email, he was the hunter he threw these because he sent an email to the repair shop, he forgot to pick them up. It’s an email, ’Bannon told the Australian.
‘Besides, we didn’t disclose it, I got the hard-drive back because both the phone call and email from Hunter Biden’s lawyer came to us. This is not a Russian intelligence operation, they have admitted that it is their hard-drive.

Bannon reiterated his claim that Biden’s lawyer also sent a legal notice to the repair shop owner for the return of the hard-drive.

Bannon, who said he had been contacted by Giuliani about the media strategy for emails in late August, said he was holding legitimate letters and was waiting to use them if the Biden camp tried to deny the laptop belonging to Hunter.
‘We haven’t disclosed that yet. ‘We hold it in the back to make sure they’re trapped, we’re just throwing it at them,’ he said.

The allegations are being investigated as part of Russia’s crackdown on Biden, although the agency declined to comment publicly.
FBI Director Christopher Warr warns that Russia is trying to “condemn” Biden before the election and is undermining the chances of Trump being unchanged.
Bannon was arrested in August on charges of defrauding donors in an attempt to raise a private fund called the West Build Wall, and this was done to encourage the President’s signature initiative on the Mexican border.
Fundraising efforts have raised more than 25 25 million, and prosecutors say Bannon spent about 1 1 million of it on personal expenses.
Bannon pleaded not guilty to the Aug. 20 charge.
