Ukraine, Great Britain and Poland form tripartite cooperation draft

Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Poland have launched a new trilateral cooperation format designed to respond to threats to European security and strengthen economic cooperation between countries.

This was said today by Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dimitro Kuleba at a joint press conference with UK Foreign Minister Liz Truss in Kiev, reports a Ukraineform correspondent.

“Today we are honored and pleased to announce that a new trilateral cooperation format is being created between Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Poland,” Kuleba said.

He said Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau could not be in Kiev today due to logistical reasons.

Kuleba said a joint statement by the three foreign ministers would soon appear on the official websites of the three foreign ministries.

“It is particularly about the fact that the UK and Poland will stand shoulder to shoulder with the Ukrainian people in their efforts to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within internationally recognized borders. Poland and Great Britain will us Will help defend our state,” the foreign minister said.

According to him, the participants of the new format will also focus their efforts on the economy, trade, energy cooperation and the fight against misinformation.
