Along with Best Animated Film, audience awards and prizes from the Children’s and Youth Jury were also presented.

There were a total of 77 feature films and 116 short films in the competition. The winners were decided by expert and children’s jury. “Schlingel” sees itself as an international film festival for children and young audiences.
