Respawn Confirms Seer’s Nerf Is Coming to Apex Legends

Ever since Seer took Apex Legends Season 10 by storm, many players have complained that their ability kit is being considered too powerful. As a result, Respawn has confirmed that a Neerf is coming soon.

It didn’t take long for the all-new Apex legend Seer to shake up the battle royale meta. His great ability to gather information quickly propelled this character to the top.

Many players even wonder: “Why play Bloodhound or Krypto when Seer is present?

And recently, Seer designer Travis Nordin admitted that the character launched with more power than expected in Apex Legends. That’s why the developers will adjust it on occasion of an upcoming patch which should potentially arrive in a few days.

Respawn is already planning to eliminate the new legend, Seer, who has just arrived in the game.

The head was thrown hard as it was intended. It also brought a lot of new gameplay elements to the game (HP bar, interrupts) which created a lot of buzz among the players which is great to watch.Nordin said on Reddit on August 6.

That being said, it’s probably a little too loud at the moment, so the coming patches will likely receive some balance updates.

While Respawn wanted Seer to be stronger from launch, they didn’t want it to break.

While players shouldn’t expect a “fundamental change” to Seer’s kit, unnecessary powers like flashbangs on his tactical ability will be removed.

Respawn also plans to adjust the readability of Seer’s kit so that you can clearly distinguish your ally’s abilities from the 19 other seers on the map.

We aimed to differentiate the abilities of enemy and allied seers by adding a red color applied to the scenes. I know readability has been mentioned several times with Seer’s visual effects, and we’ll take a look at what can be done about it.” she added.

We’ll be sure to keep you posted as soon as the response makes the first change to Ser.
