Official ME report led murder at George Floyd's death

The county health inspector who oversaw George Floyd’s Minnesota case decided in a report published Monday that his death was murder.

“The cause of death: Cardiopulmonary arrest, which forces the law enforcement officers subdual, restraint and neck tightness,” Official report of Hennepin District Medical Office.

“Death style: Murder. How the injury happened: The deceased was experiencing a cardiopulmonary arrest
“Restricted by law enforcement,” he said.

46-year-old black man “doing autopsy” other important conditions: arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl poisoning; last methamphetamine use. “

“The form of death classification is a legal function of the medical doctor as part of the death certificate for vital statistics and public health purposes. The form of death is not a legal determination of guilt or intent and should not be used to usurp the judicial process.

“Such decisions are beyond the scope or authority of the Medical Examiner.”

The publication of the report came just hours after private medical examiners recruited by Floyd’s family said they were the victim of the murder caused by pressure from white policemen on their neck and back during a routine bust in Minneapolis on March 25th.
