More flights between Italy and the United Kingdom after easing of COVID measures – Il Tempo

MILAN, 9 July (Adnkronos) — Following the announcement of the expected easing of COVID precautionary measures for those traveling between the United Kingdom and Italy, EasyJet will increase connections from 7 Italian airports to London Gatwick and Bristol. Company does.

“More than 5,000 seats have been added between Italy and London Gatwick and Bristol airports. Most of the additional availability is related to some of the Italian destinations preferred by the British, such as Rome and Pisa. But new frequencies have also been added to the routes. EasyJet Milan also expands its network of destinations reachable from Bergamo Airport, today introducing two new international connections to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Shipole airports. From 6 September 2021, the airline will fly to Amsterdam on three frequencies per week on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays, and to Paris on four frequencies on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. With the addition of these new routes, Milan can reach national and international destinations with easy jet flights from Bergamo Airport, for a total of 70 national and international routes with which the company links Lombardy.
