Their names, like those of other celebrities, politicians, billionaires, appear in millions of confidential documents obtained by investigative journalists’ association ICIJ then share them with 150 media outlets around the world. At least virtually, by moving their assets to offshore jurisdictions, these high-ranking figures are taking off part of their tax burden to the detriment of those who pay their taxes where they live and work. Huh.
