Two abandoned items: Gare de Lyon in Paris temporarily evacuated

Gare de Lyon was evacuated this Friday. The SNCF told AFP that on the first evening of the All Saints holiday, the Gare de Lyon in Paris was temporarily evacuated due to two unclaimed items that required the intervention of the police, again around 7.40 pm. before opening.

According to an SNCF spokesperson, the start and end of the incident is expected to be delayed by 10 to 45 minutes.

The TGV which was to arrive at the Gare de Lyon was slowed down to be able to reach the station again.
