Travel latest news: British await shake-up of secession rules after months of holiday chaos

W.With the arrival of winter, the thought of whether the ski vacation will return to business this season is back, my colleague wrote. Lucy Aspaden. He kept a guide on where to go, the quarantine risks and the latest rules for each destination.

Hey, Sweden

Individual status: Green

Risk: On 12 September the UK government granted Sweden a travel corridor. Its current case rate is just over 29 per 100,000 people, which means it has now surpassed the government’s doorstep to see if it can hold its travel corridors, but it survived this weekend. As it stands, there may still be cards on the Scandinavian opal ski holiday this winter. There is no need to quarantine on either end of the journey.

Rules: Last winter’s epidemic was one of the final resorts in the world to close due to epidemics. Before introducing this new arrangement, any self-service buffet with reduced apricot-ski and new takeaways and delivery services – insights into what the upcoming season might hold. Unlike the UK and other European countries, masks are not mandatory in Sweden. Official rules have not yet been announced.

Rewards: Hey is Sweden’s largest ski resort, thanks to three separate ski areas along the icy lake and a long period of good sunshine and warm temperatures in the winter months of April. It is popular among families who prefer sloppy activities, including dog-sled or reindeer-sled rides, tobogganing, snowmobiling, skating, curling and ice fishing.
