The design and technical sheets of Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro and Pro + have been confirmed

Xiaomi should announce its next Redmi K50 Pro and Pro+ from March 17. But his design is already known and a part of his technical sheet has leaked on the net. They may come to our regions by another name.

Xiaomi may have refreshed its entry/mid-range segment with its Redmi Note 11 recently, but the brand has no intention of stopping there. By next week, more precisely, March 17th, it will officially unveil the Redmi K50 Pro and Pro+. But the firm has already published visuals (and even a video) of these models.

We learn that they would have a “nano-microcrystalline” coating made of tiny reflective crystals, which would allow it to shine at the slightest beam of light. After the Realme 9 Pro+ and its “chameleon”, Xiaomi is also trying to stand out at this point. Hence both the devices will sport the same design. The fingerprint reader will be located on the side.

We will remember that the Redmi K40 was launched in Europe under the name Poco F3. So these models may follow the same path in our regions.

a solid technical sheet

No two models should send the same SoC. Redmi K50 Pro will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8100, which we told you recently. The Pro+ variant will benefit from the Dimensity 9000, whose performance promises to be very interesting. Both the mobiles appeared on the Geekbench database with 12GB of RAM and running Android 12.

The official rendering allows us to observe a 108-megapixel wide-angle triple photo module integrated into a large photo island. It will offer optical stabilization, and will equip both the variants.

Autonomy should be ensured by a 5000 mAh battery, but the power of fast charging is debated. Xiaomi may opt for its HyperCharge technology at 120 W but nothing is certain yet. In any case, there are only six short days to wait before gathering the latest information.
