A nine-year-old man followed a “corrupt” man after returning from school and spoke of his terror.
Bella Bayer was walking along the Queen’s Rocks in North Perth when some people got up from the bushes.
He said he followed her down the street and told her to “come here”.
The girl told N News Perth: “She had this horrible smile on her face and said ‘come here’.”
Bella said she tried to flee but the man continued to follow her down the street towards Foundation Park.
He thought the nine-year-old woman was really scared and described the man as dressed in black.
He said: “He wore all black clothes, black boots, black hair and a big beard.”
According to Perth Now, her mother Nicole Boy’s experience was “the worst nightmare of every parent”.
Nicole said that as soon as Bella came home she realized something was wrong.
The girl said to her mother: “There is this man and he will see me.
A spokesman for the Western Australian Police told the Daily Mail that Australian police had taken a patrol in the area, including the route Bella had taken, and conducted a patrol there.
Officers did not find anyone who matched Bella’s description and said other residents did not notice anything suspicious.
Bella, however, asked another resident to avoid the man and listen to him.
The Mirror contacted Western Australian police for comment online.
