In January the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they planned to resign as a senior member of the Royal Family. The couple currently live in Los Angeles where they recently moved into a 11.2 million home north of Los Angeles.
However, Hugo Vickers, author of numerous royal biographies, argued that Harry had “lost a son.”
He wrote in the Sunday Telegraph: “It is sad to see a man look at his face as badly as Prince Harry once did and move away from his depths.
“In just a few months, Harry has lost the chance to become a prince with a chance to gain a lot of his position from a boy who lost to Britain, the Commonwealth and the military.”
Harry and Meghan sparked controversy earlier this month by commenting on the upcoming U.S. presidential election.
The couple made the remarks while attending a program to celebrate Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People 2020” release.
Meghan commented: “We are just six weeks away from election day, and today is National Voter Registration Day.
“Every four years, we are told, ‘This is the most important election of our lives.’ But this one. “
Harry added: “As we approach this November, it is vital to reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity.”

Mr. Vickers argued that Harry had a more efficient role before resigning from the senior royal position.
He wrote: “The members of the royal family do their best when they support the queen instead of competing with her.
“Those who do their duty, as the queen has done, become happier than those who follow the path of perceived happiness.
“I wonder now if freedom becomes more of a burden than Harry expected.
“He fell in love with the ambitious wife as the first high-ranking husband from Captain General of the Royal Marines.”
Harry and Meghan were married in May 2018 and their son Archie Mountbatten-Harrison was born a year later.
Announcing their decision to step down from royal duties in January, the Duke and Duchess sought more privacy and suggested that some sections of the media had treated them unfairly.
