In one photo, the Dorset native, the oldest pastry chef at 70, showed off her stylish TV as she pointed to a photo of herself and her fellow bakers on the TV screen.
The living space features light gray walls and a marble effect unit under the TV that extended the length of the room.
The sleek unit also served as a table to hold his desktop computer.
In another photo, Maggie shows off her mouth-watering red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting as she stands by her backyard fence.
She finally shared a video of her walking the red carpet at her front door excitedly, as the GBBO theme song was playing.
The clip showcased Maggie’s gardening prowess as the photo showed colorful flower beds amidst her stone garden.
Captioning the video, she wrote, “My friend @ looks so excited I am a Bake Off 2021 contestant but not as excited as I am!!”
Maggie joins a new group of star bakers at The Great British Bake Off tent, hoping to show off her signature cake and formidable technical skills.
Ahead of her appearance, Maggie revealed that she is a big fan of cooking and experimenting in the home kitchen.
The Chanel 4 star loves baking the most, so she’ll give it her all for spring break.
Outside of baking, Maggie has a very adventurous lifestyle as she enjoys canoeing, kayaking, and sailing.
And when she’s not on the water, she sets off to explore the UK and seek other adventures.
Every year the Bake Off opens the doors of its famous white tent where a dozen amateur bakers attend.
Returning to the show, veteran hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas, who took over as hosts from Sandy Toksvig in the 2020 season.
