George Michael’s ex-boyfriend Kenny Goss is suing the singer’s family for trying to get £ 15,000 a month from the late star’s estate.

Texan, 62, claims he was dependent on George’s money while he was alive and should still be provided for.

George, who died on Christmas Day 2013 at the age of 53, did not leave any money to Gauss, but was reportedly given a generous monthly allowance before splitting in 2009.

Former art dealer Goss claims that George “did not have the right mind” when making the will, according to The Sun.

Much of the singer’s 9.m million fortune went to his sisters Melania and Yodida, to a lesser extent to his father Kyriakos and his close friends and former staff.

Nothing was left to his partner Fadi Fawaz at the time of his death.

Goss claims he left his career to look after George during a 13-year relationship.

She is suing Yeoda – who is George’s only surviving sister after Melania died at the age of 59 last Christmas – and Kyriakos and wants at least ১৫ 15,000 a month.

A source told The Sun: ‘His argument is that he gave up his career to focus on his relationship, and set up a charitable foundation alongside George.

‘He was originally given an incredibly generous allowance that he came to rely on.

Kenny believes that, as George’s most notable other half, he still deserves this right and that George didn’t feel right about him when he made his last wish. Kenny wants at least 15 15,000 a month to survive. ‘

George’s estate did not split until June last year.

The singer left it up to his sister to decide which friend would get part of his wish.

Goss and Fawaz, however, were completely left out.

In March 2017, the Texan art dealer, 60, opened up to the Dallas Morning News about the couple’s relationship, which ended in 2009 and was announced in 2011.

He said: ‘We just had a good, sweet relationship. We weren’t crazy about each other or anything like that. He was truly the love of my life. And I think I was the love of his life. “

Kenny issued a moving statement mourning his ex-boyfriend in the wake of the singer’s sudden death on Christmas Day.

“I am heartbroken by the news that my dear friend and longtime lover George Michael has received,” he wrote. He was a major part of my life and I love him very, very much. He was a very kind and generous man.

‘The beautiful memories and music he has brought to the world will always be an important part of my life and of those who loved and admired him.’
