The administration of the first, second and third doses of the anti-Covid vaccine is in progress. In total, 5,711 additional people received their first dose of vaccine on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. The cumulative amount has reached 24,379,526 people since the launch of the campaign.

At the same time, 29,022 people got the second dose of the vaccine. There are a total of 22,489,540 people since the beginning.

7,300 people received their third dose. There were a total of 1,594,291 people.

148 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected, bringing the total to 948,539 cases, or 2,596.2 per 100,000 residents.

11,755 new tests were conducted. The positivity rate is 1.25%.

In the last 24 hours, there have been 0.4 cases per 100,000 residents. Of the 148 new cases, 66 are residents of the Casablanca-Settet region.

7 new deaths were condemned, bringing the total to 14,754. The case fatality rate has remained stable at 1.6%.

115 new heals announced for a total of 930,494 heals and a discount rate of 98.1%.

Thus the number of active cases rises to 3,291, and the number of severe or critical cases comes down to 110. The occupancy rate of intensive care beds dedicated to COVID-19 is 2.1%.

In the last 24 hours, 5 new serious or critical cases were registered. A total of 4 are under intubation and 77 are under non-invasive ventilation.
