Personal computer Andrew Harper’s father has said his “heart was so damaged” for his household when he observed out his son had been killed on duty.

Phil Harper stated he was so proud of Computer Harper’s brother Sean and sister Aimee for “staying so dignified” all through an “very tough” time.
