The British government has taken a stand, inviting English fans to avoid traveling to Rome, where the Three Lions national team will face Ukraine in the quarter-finals of Euro 2020 on Saturday. The embassy did so with a note: “According to the UK government system, Italy is currently listed as a ‘yellow’ country. The UK government’s ‘Travel Advice’ page clearly states that public health needs For defense fans should not travel to ‘red’ and ‘yellow’ countries. From new variants of CoViD in the UK”.

This is read in a communiqué issued by the British Embassy in Rome. “Italian authorities are responsible for defining and enforcing the rules for entry into Italy”, the note recalls, “its current guidelines state that, from 21 June, people traveling from the United Kingdom or who have previously States in the UK must self-isolate for 5 days upon arrival in Italy for 14 days, after which they must undergo rapid antigenic or molecular swabs for CoViD-19 testing and must be negative by the end of the quarantine period. The bodies in charge such as those of Rome The prefect, who is number one on security, and Minister Lemorges are alerted to ensure compliance with the measures taken. They will do everything that needs to be done”, explained the councilor today.
