The areas affected by the disturbance are East Didsbury, West Didsbury and Northenden as well as some areas of Ruthin and Bangor – Wells North – and the city of Maghul in Merseyside County (west center).

If mainly icy areas are expected in the north of the country, it is heavy rain worrying the situation in England and Wales. Many areas have more or less elevated risks of flooding, while, as stated by the Environment Agency, there are many rivers “at high risk of flooding” (see photos in the sliding gallery above).

Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged those affected by bad weather to follow the instructions of the authorities and leave their homes. Johnson said the government is “fully prepared” to handle both the inclement weather wave and the ongoing epidemic and can be used to drive civilians out of the home where all anti-Kovid measures are guaranteed.
